If there is ever someone who radiates a glowing light of happiness and laughs it has to be Dearbhla Mitchell. I had only met Dearbhla 15 minutes before we started the interview (until that point I had just been obsessing over her Instagram) and OMG she couldn’t of been a nicer human. During the interview Dearbhla constantly had me laughing and intrigued by what she had to say. Dearbhla is full of great tips for health, fitness (especially pilates) and overall wellness, along with some great vegan tips thrown into the mix as well.
