Autumn Drinks – Vegan // Cruelty Free

Autumn & Fall Drinks

I am definitely someone who likes to get into the swing of things and when Autumn comes along I am no different. I love wearing cosy clothes and making a nice warm drink to sip and watch tv or to put into a flask and take with me on a hike.

Below are some of my favourites.

Cool Autumn On The Go

This is my go to drink most mornings, not just Autumn. I love the taste and it really fills me up. It’s definitely a healthy on the go drink. You can keep most of the ingredients in the fridge (Bananas, Almond Milk and Dates) to give it an extra chilled taste.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Bananas
  • 2/3 Cups of Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein
  • 4/5 Dates

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into nutribullet or blender and mix
  2. Enjoy.

Mexican Vegan Hot chocolate

For those days when you just want to chill out at home, maybe it’s raining outside and you can curl up with a blanket, Netflix or a book – this is the hot chocolate is for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of vegan Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • *Optional – Top with Whipped Coconut Cream

Instructions

  1. Heat up Almond milk in pot or microwave, until your desired heat has been reached.
  2. Mix all dry indigents together at bottom of cup (Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon and some 3/4 of chocolate chips).
  3. Pour in heated almond milk and mix ingredients together.
  4. Top with coconut cream and 1/4 of chocolate chips.

Spiced Pumpkin Latté

This is another curl up and be cosy drink, but this can also be used a non alcoholic party drink over Halloween, as it is very much fitting in with the Halloween theme.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup of Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar (or more to suit your preference)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice (ground nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, allspice ground cloves)

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/4 Almond milk with Pumpkin Purée, Cocoa Powder, Brown Sugar, Pumpkin Spice and Vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add in the rest of the Almond Milk and heat in pot or microwave.

Do you have any other go to autumn drink?
