Quinoa Queen Breakfast

Ingredients
• ¾ Cup coloured quinoa
• ¾ Cup coconut milk
• 1 Cup water
• juice from 1 Orange
• 2 Teaspoon honey
• 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ Teaspoon ginger
• 1 Teaspoon sesame seeds
• 2 Teaspoon Chia seeds
• Handfull of raisins
• Handfull of goji berries
• 1-2 Tablespoon chopped hazel nuts (Topping)
• 1-2 Tablespoon almond flakes (Topping)
• 1-2 Tablespoon shredded coconut (Topping)
• Strawberries, blueberries and bananas for topping(or your own favourite fruit)
Cooking Instructions
1. Put quinoa, coconut milk and water in pot and bring to boil.
2. While waiting on this to boil prepare all other food.
3. After pot has boiled, mix all ingredients (except toppings) and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes for added flavour.
4. Put your topping on and enjoy
